  • Every session is fully customized. While I specialize in Ashiatsu, your massage can be more relaxing, more therapeutic, or a blend of both—depending on what you want and what your body needs that day.

    Your session may include a mix of Ashiatsu, hands-on massage, stretching, or other techniques. If you prefer a gentle, calming, relaxation-focused massage, that is absolutely an option.

  • Ashiatsu is a style of massage where the therapist uses their feet (with overhead bars for balance) to deliver slow, broad, deeply relaxing pressure. It’s especially great for relieving chronic tension in the back, hips, and legs—deep work without the “pokey” feeling of elbows or thumbs.

  • Absolutely. Every session is customized to your comfort level and your body’s needs. Ashiatsu can be medium, deep, or somewhere in between—and you’re always encouraged to give feedback during the session.

  • For most people, yes. Ashiatsu is very safe when performed by a properly trained therapist. If you have medical concerns, recent injuries, or special conditions, we can always modify techniques or choose a different approach that’s better for you.

  • Yes. Prenatal sessions are done in a side-lying position with plenty of supportive pillows (not face-down with a belly cutout). Techniques and pressure are fully adapted for pregnancy, comfort, and safety.

  • I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to get reimbursed by their insurance. I’m happy to provide a receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your provider.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. Appointments canceled same day and no shows will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost. This policy helps honor the time reserved for you and supports the flow of a small, intentionally scheduled practice.
